These terms apply to the JAAN alumni portal at jnvlink.com, run by the Junapani Alumni Association of Navodaya (JAAN). By registering or using the portal you agree to them.
1. About the portal
The portal is the online home of the alumni association of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Junapani. It provides alumni membership, a batch directory for members, and posts (news, meetups, articles, jobs, introductions and more) shared by members and the association.
2. Who can become a member
Membership is open to former students of JNV Junapani and to present or former faculty and staff of the school. Each registration is reviewed and may be approved or declined by the association's Admin, the Principal or the Batch Admin of the applicant's batch.
3. Your account
- Give true and complete details when you register and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Members registered by an Admin or Batch Admin receive a temporary password and must set their own password at first login.
4. Alumni contribution
Alumni membership is through a one-time voluntary contribution (donation) to the association, with a minimum amount shown on the home page and on My Profile (currently ₹100). Members may contribute more than the minimum. Contributions can be made online through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking or wallets) or in person to an Admin or your Batch Admin, who records it on the portal. A receipt number is issued for every recorded contribution. Contributions are used for the activities and running costs of the association, the alumni portal and its work for the school and its alumni.
Receipts issued on the portal acknowledge your contribution; they are not tax-exemption (80G) certificates.

5. Acceptable use
- Use batchmates' contact details only to keep in touch, never for spam, marketing or any unlawful purpose.
- Do not upload content or photos that are offensive, misleading or that you do not have the right to share.
- The association may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
6. Posts by members
Approved members can publish posts. Posts are public. You are responsible for what you post and must own or have permission to share any text and photos. Job and other links are shared by members; check them yourself before acting. Admin and the Principal may edit or remove any post.
7. Content and availability
Posts and notices are published for information. We try to keep the portal accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh.
